Harmony Primitive Baptist – The Beginnings

Harmony Primitive Baptist Church was constituted on July 18, 2025, by a gathering of Elders of the Primitive Baptist faith, many visitors from other Primitive Baptist Church, and the small group of faithful believers that had the vision to see a Church established in the Apopka area for those who believe in the doctrine of grace.

Primitive Baptist have their foundation in the original Baptist beliefs and practices as found in the New Testament Church described by our Lord Jesus Christ and the Apostles.

Prior to the church’s constitution this group has meet as an extension of Macclenny Primitive Baptist Church
Macclenny, FL. Elder Michael Green, Jr. serves as Mcclenny’s pastor. Elder Michael Green and along with Elder Tommy Green, of El Bethel Primitive Baptist Church in Tampa, FL and many other local and visiting pastors have provided continuing support of this group in their efforts to establish a local church and serve our of God through the meetings and praises to His name.

Nor again is there anyone who loves or pursues or desires to obtain pain of itself, because it is pain, but because occasionally circumstances occur in which toil and pain can procure him some great pleasure. To take a trivial example, which of us ever undertakes laborious physical exercise, except to obtain some advantage from it?
